Critical Positions:  Nursing Salary and Pay Practices Survey (2008 edition)

Integrated Healthcare Strategies (IHStrategies), formerly MSA|Clark Consulting -Healthcare Group, is launching a new salary and pay practices survey dedicated exclusively to nursing executive, middle management, and staff positions. 

Survey highlights include:

• The most exhaustive list of nursing benchmark positions available in the industry, with over 70 position ranging from the top nursing executive to the staff level RN, including nursing support staff
• Comprehensive data on special pay practices including call pay practices, shift differentials, certification pay, career ladders, incentives, etc.
• Data reported nationally and by region, with state supplements and custom peer reports available (based on participation; custom reports for an additional charge)
• Special report for Magnet-status organizations

In order to be the most definitive source of nursing pay information available,  we are offering participants free survey results in PDF format in return for your fully completed survey questionnaire.  

Survey timeline:

• Questionnaires distributed January 1, 2008
• Submissions due March 14, 2008
• Survey results available April 30, 2008

To ensure confidentiality, only employees of IHStrategies will have access to the completed questionnaires, and results will be reported only in the aggregate.  No participating organization’s individual pay rates or pay practices will be identified in the survey results.
